An accurate 3D model of the property is produced adding all architectural detailing including walls, windows, doors, garage, chimney, soffits, guttering and surrounding landscaping. In effect what we have is an unpainted model. From here a shot of the property is composed, literally by moving a virtual camera into a position that best promotes the building design and it's features. Basic positions of trees and planting are also indicated. At this point you are asked to sign off the architecture and it's composition before we move onto the final stage.
